Kampot Pepper Pork Chop
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 T fish sauce
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 tsp cracked Kampot pepper
- 2 T green onion
- 1 T olive oil
Directions
- Finely mince the garlic.
- Create a marinade with the garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce and Kampot pepper. Add pork and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Grill or pan fry in olive oil until cooked through.
- Finely chop the green onions and sprinkle over pork chops.
