Kampot Pepper Pork Chop

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 2 T fish sauce
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cracked Kampot pepper
  • 2 T green onion
  • 1 T olive oil

Directions

  1. Finely mince the garlic. 
  2. Create a marinade with the garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce and Kampot pepper. Add pork and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Grill or pan fry in olive oil until cooked through.
  4. Finely chop the green onions and sprinkle over pork chops.
