Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked Kampot pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine shallot, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, Kampot pepper and salt.

  2. Let sit for 20 minutes.

  3. Add olive oil. Shake to combine. Serve.
