Zucchini with Kampot Pepper and Lime


  • 4 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 Tbl olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black or red Kampot pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste


  1. Toss the zucchini with olive oil and pepper.
  2. Cook in a grill basket on the grill or saute on the stove.
  3. When cooked through toss with lime juice. Let the lime juice marinate for a couple minutes. Serve.
