Zucchini with Kampot Pepper and Lime

- 4 zucchini, sliced
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cracked black or red Kampot pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Toss the zucchini with olive oil and pepper.
- Cook in a grill basket on the grill or saute on the stove.
- When cooked through toss with lime juice. Let the lime juice marinate for a couple minutes. Serve.
