Spicy Kampot Peppercorn Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 Tbl black Kampot pepper
- 3/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3 Tbl minced green onion
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbl chopped parsley
Directions
- Pulverize peppercorns, thyme and bay leaf in blender.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, onions, garlic and herb mixture. Press down on chicken so that seasonings cling.
- Cook chicken on grill or it can be pan fried in a tablespoon of butter or olive oil.
