Spicy Kampot Peppercorn Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbl black Kampot pepper
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3 Tbl minced green onion
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbl chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Pulverize peppercorns, thyme and bay leaf in blender.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, onions, garlic and herb mixture. Press down on chicken so that seasonings cling.
  3. Cook chicken on grill or it can be pan fried in a tablespoon of butter or olive oil.
