PEPPERY TUNA STEAK WITH BALSAMIC
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cracked black or red Kampot pepper
- 4 tuna steaks
Directions
- Mix Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, parsley, garlic and salt for marinade.
- Marinate tuna steaks for 2-4 hours.
- Just before cooking, press cracked Kampot pepper into tuna steaks.
- Grill or pan fry in a little olive oil. Serve.
