PEPPERY TUNA STEAK WITH BALSAMIC

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cracked black or red Kampot pepper
  • 4 tuna steaks

Directions

  1. Mix Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, parsley, garlic and salt for marinade.
  2. Marinate tuna steaks for 2-4 hours.
  3. Just before cooking, press cracked Kampot pepper into tuna steaks.
  4. Grill or pan fry in a little olive oil. Serve.
