Kampot Pepper BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Tbl dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 1/2 tsp cracked or ground Kampot pepper
- 1 Tbl corn starch
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 T grated onion
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, bring to boil in sauce pan and simmer for 1-2 hours.
