Garlic Pepper Rice

- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 6-8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black or red Kampot pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Melt butter in saucepan.
Sautee garlic and pepper until garlic is almost brown.
Add rice and cook for a few minutes on medium heat.
Add broth, or water, and bring to a boil.
Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until rice is done.
Plate while hot. Top with parsley.
