Black Kampot Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 Tbl soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cracked black Kampot pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 Tbl Maggi seasoning
  • 2 Tbl vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cut chicken, onion and bell peppers into bite-size pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of cracked Kampot pepper  for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat wok or large skillet and add cooking oil. When oil is hot, add chicken and stir-fry until almost done.
  4. Add onion and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then add bell pepper and 1 teaspoon of cracked Kampot pepper and stir-fry for 1 additional minute.
  5. Add soy sauce, sugar, Maggi and continue to stir-fry until onions are caramelized.
  6. Serve with white rice.
