Basil Pepper Rub
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cracked Kampot pepper
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Finely mince the basil and garlic.
- Combine all ingredients to create a wet rub. (Add more lemon juice if necessary.)
- With a spoon, press in to pork, chicken or fish prior to grilling.
